Our pricing schedule is simple.

We charge from £25 up to £75 per action, or £25 per hour, depending on what's required

Anything on top is charged at cost.

For example, we will perform a credit check for any prospective tenants for £40.

Or, we will arrange a repair for you for £25, and then charge you for the repair at cost.

For the purpose of this example, let's say you have three properties, each bringing in £550 a month and managed by an agent for 10%.

(You will pay VAT on top of that, but we'll leave this out of the equation for simplicity).
