Based in the West End of Glasgow, Pay As You Go Letting is a local, independent agency specialising in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

As we are a small agency, we are able to offer a personal and friendly service.

The company was set up by Ian Skinner, an experienced landlord with 5 years experience in property. He owns a small portfolio of property and appreciates the frustrations landlords can have with letting agents.

He was astounded by some of the fees charged by some letting agents and wanted to offer the landlord better value for money. This is why Pay As You Go Letting was established.

We can also provide anything else you may require, from occasional property inspections, to full management of your entire portfolio. If you are happy with your current letting agent and just want to use us occasionally for work outside their scope, or work for which you feel they overcharge, call us.

Additionally, we undertake ongoing property maintenance and refurbishment together with our approved contractors.
